We aim to make the booking process simple, clear, and respectful of your time. From your initial enquiry to your first session, the process is designed to ensure clarity, confidentiality, and ease. Whether you are seeking individual, couples, or family counselling, we will guide you through each step so you know exactly what to expect.

Step 1: Get in Touch

To schedule a session, you may call, email, send a message, or visit the office in person. When contacting us, you may indicate your preferred days and times, as well as whether you are seeking individual, couples, or family counselling.

Step 2: Check Availability

Available appointment slots will be shared with you. You may then select a time that works best for your schedule.

Step 3: Confirmation

Once a mutually agreed day and time have been selected, your appointment will be confirmed. Any necessary pre-session information will be provided at this stage.

Session Structure

  • Individual counselling sessions are typically held once per week and last approximately 50–60 minutes.

  • Couples or family sessions generally last between 2–3 hours to allow adequate time for meaningful engagement.

Sessions are usually scheduled at a consistent weekly time unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure fairness and consistency for all clients, we kindly request advance notice for any changes to scheduled appointments.

  • A minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Appointments cancelled with less notice, or missed without communication, may be charged at the full session fee.

This policy helps maintain availability and respect the time reserved specifically for you.

Payment Information

Payment details will be shared upon confirmation of your appointment.

  • Payment is typically due at or before each session, unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated during booking.

  • For couples, family, or organisational sessions, fees may vary depending on duration and structure.
