To schedule a session, you may call, email, send a message, or visit the office in person. When contacting us, you may indicate your preferred days and times, as well as whether you are seeking individual, couples, or family counselling.

Available appointment slots will be shared with you. You may then select a time that works best for your schedule.
Once a mutually agreed day and time have been selected, your appointment will be confirmed. Any necessary pre-session information will be provided at this stage.
Individual counselling sessions are typically held once per week and last approximately 50–60 minutes.
Couples or family sessions generally last between 2–3 hours to allow adequate time for meaningful engagement.
Sessions are usually scheduled at a consistent weekly time unless otherwise agreed.
To ensure fairness and consistency for all clients, we kindly request advance notice for any changes to scheduled appointments.
A minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Appointments cancelled with less notice, or missed without communication, may be charged at the full session fee.
This policy helps maintain availability and respect the time reserved specifically for you.
Payment details will be shared upon confirmation of your appointment.
Payment is typically due at or before each session, unless otherwise arranged.
